DOC-EX-001
Document feedback is tracked separately from payment.
Scope shown: issuing and tracking customer invoices. Receiving supplier invoices is not included.
A response to handle? Keep the context.
A response requiring action stays linked to the invoice and relevant exchange. The correction is prepared, checked and transmitted following the appropriate decision.
Read the response
Understand the reason and find the relevant data.
Prepare the correction
Document what changes and the check performed.
Track the retry
Retain the new transmission and its response.
Transmitted does not mean paid.
Transmission tracks the document. Payment tracking follows funds and reconciliation. The service retains its own rules and status.

| Service | Service status under its own rules |
YOUR MARKET
Your business in Europe. A project adapted to each country.
France is our first market. Our ambition is to support operators and businesses throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom.
For each project, we start with your country of establishment, your customers and your invoicing flows. Together, we define local requirements, the adaptations needed and how to connect to the relevant transmission services. Scope and timing are confirmed before deployment.

Your e-invoicing questions
Can invoice responses be tracked?
The workflow connects the document, transmission and processing responses. The returned status identifies the next document action.
What happens if an invoice is rejected?
The response retains its context. Data requiring correction is reviewed, the correction is prepared and a new transmission is tracked after the necessary approvals.
Does payment follow transmission automatically?
No. Document status and payment remain separate. Financial reconciliation connects the payment to the relevant invoice.
